Padres: esta página está escrita para clubes. Cómo verificamos un programa →
Three questions.
One afternoon.
One of them every parent asks you. Two you should be asking. Eleven pages answer all three — and we write them with you, free.

What does California require of a youth program?
Six of these eleven have a law behind them. AB 506: every adult near the children screened through Live Scan, trained as a mandated reporter, and working under a written abuse-prevention policy with a two-adult rule. AB 2007 and AB 1639: a concussion protocol and a cardiac protocol, with the state’s information sheets signed every year. And a registered business with a city license.
The day something goes wrong, the first question is “Why weren’t these adults screened, as California law requires?” Answer it now, while it’s easy.

What will my insurance company want?
Before an underwriter writes abuse-and-molestation coverage — the coverage your venue expects you to carry — they ask to see what a parent hopes is true: screening, an abuse-prevention policy, the two-adult rule, and how you record an incident. Your agent will add their own forms — waivers, the certificate itself. Walk in with these pages and the conversation gets shorter.

The day something goes wrong, all three ask at once. Same eleven pages.
What you walk away with
Three posters for the wall, and eight for the folder.
Answer questions about your program. We write eleven pages — your logo top-left, your colors, three of them posters for the wall and eight for the folder your agent will ask about. Print any page the moment it’s done.

Then, if you want the seal
Accreditation is the next step, not the first. Two reviewers read your pages and visit, in person or by live video. From the second round on, one of the two comes from an already-accredited program. The seal links to a public page that says when it was checked, by whom, and until when it is valid. The founding round — the first ten programs — is free; applications close ninety days after launch. After that, a review fee.
