Yi Jianlian is one of the most famous basketball players China has ever produced.
A star of the Guangdong Southern Tigers and CBA Rookie of the Year at the start of his career, he was selected sixth overall in the 2007 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks and went on to play for the Bucks, New Jersey Nets, Washington Wizards and Dallas Mavericks, representing China at three Olympic Games along the way.
Known in the NBA as 'the Chairman,' he lends his voice in support of the Federation's mission.
