What IYSDF accreditation means

Accredited Member Academies are reviewed against a published standard — background screening, an abuse-prevention policy and training, the two-adult rule, insurance, and posted emergency procedures. Some criteria are verified for every academy, every time; others are checked on a sample basis and during a visit on a game day. Accreditation is renewed every two years, and it can be withdrawn.
